These terms apply to every loan offered by Denarius Loan Solution Ltd. Please read them carefully before submitting an application.
Eligibility
Applicants must be 18 years or older, resident in Jamaica, hold a valid TRN and government-issued ID, and provide acceptable collateral.
Loan amounts, fees and interest
Loans range from JMD $5,000 to JMD $100,000. A processing fee of 5% of the loan amount is deducted at disbursement. Interest is charged at 40% of the principal for the loan term. The total amount due and repayment date are disclosed before you accept any offer.
Approval
No application is approved automatically. Every application remains in Pending Review until manually reviewed and approved or declined by an authorised Denarius officer. Approval is at our sole discretion.
Collateral
Collateral is held securely for the duration of the loan and returned on full repayment. Items are recorded by brand, model, IMEI and/or serial number. Where a loan remains unpaid after the agreed grace period, collateral may be disposed of to recover the outstanding balance, in accordance with Jamaican law.
Repayment and default
Repayment is due in full on the agreed date. Late accounts may incur additional charges and are marked Overdue. We will contact you before taking any recovery action.
